Renovation and repair project to 155-165 W. High St. (Denny) Apartments at Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA.

• Full demolition and renovation to 12 Kitchens, including all new electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
• Full demolition and renovation to 16 Bathrooms, including all new electrical, mechanical and plumbing
• Fire escape and balcony deck repairs
• Floor and stair structural repairs
• Large Change Order to replace all windows
• Project completed over 65 days of summer break.
