Design-build project of new 14,400 sq. ft. Class A office headquarters building for Dura-Bond Pipe. This is a traditional “stick-built” 2-story building with masonry exterior. It houses two large conference rooms along with offices and break rooms.
Lobar Design & Engineering provided all design, engineering, permitting and interior design to meet the owner’s requirements. Self-perform crews were responsible for layout, concrete, framing, doors and windows and trims.
