In 1989, Lobar Associates, Inc. was specifically created to focus on design-build and fast track construction. Over the decades, Lobar Associates, Inc. has evolved into a complete turnkey provider with our Master Builder program. We offer a diverse range of services – from preconstruction consulting to long-term maintenance agreements – because we believe in committing to our clients in addition to the projects at hand.
