A 20,000 SF one story, design-build project with open plan concept and prominent curtain wall windows along entire perimeter of building. AgChoice Farm Credit contacted us at the end of 2015 to assist with their contemporary new headquarters building project. We built their current headquarters facility in 2004, so they knew they could count on us to get the job done right. They needed a building that was able to handle their growing staff as well as provide the ability to expand in the future. We also had to meet their deadline to move from their current building.

Lobar Design & Engineering modified a preliminary open concept design and site plan to suit the real-life conditions and requirements of the project. Lobar Associates was on the ground handling many of the trades on site along with our preferred subcontractors. We completed the project 1 month ahead of schedule and with very satisfied clients.
