Capitol Building – East Wing

Capitol Building East Wing

The project scope covers the year-long renovations the PA State Capitol Building.  The restoration work focused on Concourses A, D, E, F and H, plus two Family Restrooms, Cafe & kitchen upgrades and both the North and South Conservatories.  Work also included plaster repair, painting and millwork.

Our professional superintendents and tradesmen were of upmost importance working in our Commonwealth’s Capitol during business hours – with navigating the safety and satisfaction of both state employees and the general public.

This project is also a great example of excellent communication and coordination with DGS and the other Primes, as we all completed the project several months ahead of schedule.
