Demo and construct new wing and renovate 5 remaining wings of 100,000 SF rehabilitation center, including kitchen, laundry, dining rooms and other community areas as well as patient’s rooms and outbuildings for Cumberland County. The $14.5 million project was phased to remain operational throughout work. The 24 month estimated project was completed 1 month early.
