Giant Foods Swatara Store

A 51,000 square foot tenant fit-out of vacated building shell.  Scope included demo, MEP in-slab rough-ins, concrete and other flooring overlays, a new elevator installation, roofing structural and coating repairs, wall reconfigurations, 2 mezzanine renovations, and all new finishes and decor package. Project also included the addition of a concrete pad for a new trash compactor, remove existing and install new storefront and parapet, new sidewalk and curbs and other exterior upgrades.

Notable rough-in trench work for electrical and plumbing requirements, so our concrete crews were very busy on this one. Even our Project Manager had to get in on the fun running the jack hammer during demo!

The Swatara store features a Beer & Wine Eatery with 300 of national and local brand beer and wine along with fresh-made foods.
