Total interior and exterior renovation to 10,000 SF Ridge Hall over seven phases in order to maintain full efficiency of the space for the residents. A challenge on this project was maintaining respect for the senior residents in the community. Noise, of course, was a large factor when working in a residential facility, but the crew was also in daily contact with the inhabitants – so politeness was of utmost importance. Our crews installed extensive amounts of custom millwork in the public areas along with creating a new commercial grade kitchen, formal and private dining areas and courtyard. We also constructed a new entrance canopy and courtyard. Renovations were to the offices, entry hall and kitchen storage.
