The PA Army National Guard

New 21,500 sq. ft. Communications/Operations facility at Fort Indiantown Gap, for the PA Army National Guard. Lobar Associates was awarded this project in 2014, with a completion date in 2015. Project also included extensive site work and storm water management, as well as constructing the foundation and core with ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) for greater energy efficiency. The facility handles not only the secure IT operations of Fort Indiantown Gap, but also provides large training and fitness spaces. Received an excellent rating in comparison to other contractors that the PAANG has worked with over many projects.
