A New Station for the PA State Police

Design-build project for new station for the Pennsylvania State Police Troop H. The 15,000 sq. ft. building features a new one story structure of block and brick masonry construction. Inside the building our crews self performed the following: an operations center, locker rooms, offices, gym, storage with arms vault along with a kitchen and restrooms. Lobar Design and Engineering provided the design, finish selections and permitting. Lobar Properties is responsible for development of the project. Lobar crews performed concrete, rough carpentry, roofing, Insulation, windows, studs and drywall, and division 10 specialties.
