UPMC Pinnacle – Southgate

Pinnacle Health’s Southgate facility

Total gut and fit-out of approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of interior space on Pinnacle Health’s Southgate facility in Harrisburg, PA. Project included new partitions, wood floors, colored suspended ceiling grid and tiles, exposed 8’ x 8’ ceiling areas at many of the concrete columns w/ flared tops accented with blackened concrete decks and brushed metal paint finish. Also removed old wall finishes to expose brick and installed glass walls along the exterior spaces to allow in more natural light to the 3rd floor. As a CM at Risk contract, Lobar CM was able to use our in-house crews to perform demolition, metal studs and drywall, rough carpentry and doors/frames/hardware.
