Scope called for 36,000 sq. ft. of renovations and a 21,000 sq. ft. of new construction of the indoor water park. Features include a 4,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark, 14ft. climbing wall, youth & team community center, senior activity center, new child care, preschool, lobby/reception and administration centers, new elevator, extra parking, and more!
