We are always looking to develop relationships with professional subcontractors in our region! Lobar Associates also has a solid track record of seeking bids from Small Business / Small Diverse Business (SB/SDB), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Veteran Business Enterprises (VBEs), Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (SDVBEs), or other small businesses who faces challenges developing and maintaining a competitive position in the economy.

In addition to the traditional bid process, we partner with subcontractors for Design-Build and negotiated projects. In all cases, firms are pre-qualified prior to subcontract commitment.
