Lobar Properties Helps Celebration Church Grow

On December 21st we hosted Celebration Community Church as they signed a Sales Agreement for approximately 40 Acres of our Ironwood Development off of Old York Road in Dillsburg.

Excerpt from Jan 5, 2017 Dillsburg Banner (Curt Werner):

Members of Celebration Community Church sign a land contract with Lobar Associates [Lobar Properties] for their new facility just south of Dillsburg on Old York Road next to the Dillsburg Borough property. The land purchase marks the beginning of the development of a new campus for the church. The new facility will be home to a new vision of becoming “The Church That Never Sleeps”, open 24/7/365, providing around the clock access to The Prayer Room, counseling, food, clothing, life skills coaching, substance abuse recover, Bible studies – in addition to venues for weekly adult, student and children gatherings. Future aspirations include community softball and soccer fields, sand volleyball, amphitheater, outdoor skate park, coffee shop and deli, etc. Projection for breaking ground is Spring 2018.
