Our Team

Lobar Site Development was incorporated as a separate entity in 1998 by Lobar Associates to specifically pursue bridge construction, structural concrete projects and small-scale paving services. Lobar Site Development was certified by Penn DOT in 2002 and has since been a major contributor to the improvement of Pennsylvania’s many bridges.
