Description:
This job involved our crews removing and replacing 112 balconies. These were old pre-cast concrete decks that we replaced with conventional framing, Trex decking, and aluminum railings. Our crews totally self-performed this project – clocking in 4,362 hours over 5 months. Mike Kistler was the Project Manager for this job, while Dan Strayers served as the Superintendent.
