Team Build new construction of 28,000 SF worship facility for Calvary Baptist Church’s Harvest Fields, located south of Penn State University. This scope of work represents Phase 1 of the church’s master plan. The 28,000 SF includes worship space, fellowship space and child care facilities/classrooms. The total build-out will eventually be an 86,000-square-foot project, and include outdoor worship space, sports fields and full retreat facilities on it’s 50+ acres. The project features 12,000 SF pre-engineered metal building shell for worship area and 7,500 SF classroom area.Our crews self-performed the foundations, concrete prep, divisions 6 and 10 and roofing. The build features 8,500 SF octagonal steel and glass fellowship space that creates a unique and friendly atmosphere for members.
