Description:

Scope consists of demolition of 2 existing buildings to accommodate a new storage building for the Borough of Chambersburg. New 11,500 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building. Crews logged in 8,104 hours on demolition, site work, concrete, masonry, carpentry, doors and hardware, studs and drywall. Started in December 2020, with turn over in June 2021.
