Lease prep and tenant fit-out for new 2000 sq. ft. quick serve restaurant. The design follows the current Dickey’s guidelines. The lease prep included installing 2 ADA restrooms, grease trap, electrical and HVAC services and slab on grade. Our crews self-performed all concrete work, studs and drywall, doors and hardware and interior package.
