About This Project
New Design-Build 27,000 sq. ft. organic cheese processing facility for Trickling Springs/Hawbaker. Lobar was awarded the design and construction contract for this project in 2015. It was completed in the fall of 2016, ahead of schedule and under budget. All cost savings were returned to client. The pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with masonry wall accents has a “clean room” production space with epoxy floors, walls and special vinyl ceiling to allow for daily cleaning.Our crews handled the foundations and footers, framing, drywall, millwork and doors and hardware.
