An exterior upgrade project of historic restaurant. Design-Build Scope included siding demolition and repairs, roofing repairs, new trim and metal facade and painting along with other other details in patio. Jesse Mercado was the Project Manager, with Bart Walters on the ground as Superintendent. Ruben Moreno-Garcia was also on site for most of the project.
