A 2-phased project of land development for the New Field and Stream stand alone store.

Scope involved the land development and site prep for the new store that replaced the decrepit old Toys R Us at the Capital City Mall.

Phase 1: Demolish existing building and prep site pad

Phase 2: Upon building completion, installed parking lot, line striping and landscaping
