This project involved the complete renovation of 68,404 sq. ft. of existing department store space into a new Giant Foods retail location. Scope included a complete interior and exterior renovation, with demolition down to CMU walls. The new store following the current Giant prototype with Starbucks, Pharmacy, Beer & Wine Garden and Self-Checkout stations.
