Lobar Associates was awarded the construction contract for Carroll Valley Borough’s new 12,700 SF community facility. Scope of work included new building for borough offices, new police department, large community meeting room and even space for a branch of the Adams County library. On the site, there is space for sports and recreation activities. On the site, there is space for sports and recreation activities. The project was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule in 2017, largely due to our skilled management and crews. Our men were responsible for footers and foundations, all concrete work, structural framing, sheathing, siding, interior framing, insulation and millwork. Our roofing division also handled the roof install.
