Lobar Design & Engineering provided all architectural and structural design for 17,000 SF Keystone Steel Structures Building. The building includes township administration space, community meeting room, police and EMS department and garage. Lobar Crews self-performed all concrete and the retaining wall. The project was completed on time despite 2 month delay incurred from the pandemic.
