This Chester County project was completed in July of 2021, under Scott Sanders and Alex Porter. This project involves the replacement of the orphaned Howellville Road Bridge over Norfolk Southern located in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County. The work included:
Preservation and restoration of the existing truss members
Profile adjustment on bridge with new abutments and superstructure placement
Grading, inlets, and roadway pavement
Utility coordination
Norfolk Southern coordination
