Provide construction services for the complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing Lehman Volvo dealership. While the 12,000 sq. ft. renovation was taking place, both the sales and service departments of the dealership remained open.The scope of the project included the showroom, sales, service, and shop along with full exterior and site renovations. Self-perform crews were able to complete the renovation ahead of schedule and responsible for framing, drywall, doors and hardware, concrete and miscellaneous carpentry. Our team created a space that showcased a modern open design with ecofriendly finishes.
