Scope of work required total gut and fit-out of 43 apartments in Mellinger Hall at Messiah College. For 10 weeks over the summer of 2016, our crews removed and replaced flooring, ceilings, kitchens and bathrooms as part of the overall renovation. Some exterior work included concrete work and window repairs and replacements.
