Renovations to 2nd floor of Winding Hill Campus for Graduate Program at Messiah College. To begin, there was a total demolition and fit-out of a cadaver lab, classroom 253, and the addition of hallway lockers. The scope of the project included specialty HVAC and Electrical systems for the lab. Lobar crews performed demolition, concrete, masonry, studs and drywall, millwork, roofing, doors and hardware and division 10 specialties.
