Description:
This was a tenant fit-out for a 5,900 SF daycare center in Newberry Commons, Etters. Just sneaking into the year, it was completed in January 2021. Work consisted of new 10′ partitions, doors/frames/hardware, flooring, and paint. Tyler Hill was the Project Manager, with Eric Hockenberry as Superintendent on this quick hit project. They were very pleased with the work, and we continue to have more work with them.
