Project was through RVG on behalf of PinnacleHealth for the addition and renovation to Shepherdstown Family Practice. Our crews were responsible for the footers and foundations, all concrete, metal studs and drywall and roofing. Lobar partnered up with Willigerod & MacAvoy Architects to complete the project. While working on the 7,000 sq. ft. renovation as well as the 7,400 sq. ft. addition the 2 phased project allowed the facility to remain operational throughout construction. We completed the 24 week addition and 8 week renovation right on schedule.
