Design-Build renovation project to incorporate the Dillsburg church’s design aesthetics with their sister church in Carlisle, PA. Lobar renovated the entire 26,500 sq. ft. building’s interior spaces including sanctuary, narthex, Sunday school rooms and office and daycare area. Also added meeting rooms and lounge area. Our crews self-performed the demo, concrete flooring, framing doors and hardware, specialties and finishes along with overall supervision. Lobar Design and Engineering completed all design and permitting work.
