President of Lobar Properties since its inception in 1994, Mr. Hedin brings over 35 years of development and construction experience to our clients.
Mr. Hedin has an Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State University.
Prior to joining Lobar Properties, Mr. Hedin wore a multitude of hats in our industry – from architectural engineer, to material supplier, to developer, and even project manager. This depth of experience gives him the insight necessary to understand and appreciate the unique knowledge and skills that are required to develop and construct properly.
