Mr. Diller started with Lobar Associates in 1987 as a field carpenter. Over the next thirteen years, Steve moved his way up the ranks to Foreman, Superintendent and Project Manager. In 2000, due to his hard work and dedication to the company, he was promoted to Senior Estimator. Then in 2004, he became our Senior Vice President and Principal in Charge.
Mr. Diller is responsible for daily administration of the Estimating, Engineering, Legal, Accounting and Clerical Departments. He also personally estimates selected project and works directly with clients on developing project budgets.
