Design and Construct new repair bays and commercial grade paint booth for the Keystone Fleet Paint Facility. This 12,000 sq. ft. building features a PEMB (Pre-Engineered metal building) building structure with eight (8) new truck service bays and an enclosed 18′ w x 18’h x 45’l down draft truck paint booth facility. Lobar Design and Engineering provided all design and permitting while our crews self-performed all underground utilities, site work, landscaping, footers, reinforcement, foundations, retaining walls, interior framing and drywall , acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware.
